I charge a 75% cancellation fee for any appointments canceled before 24 hours, unless agreed upon otherwise. I charge a 90% charge of your scheduled service plus $15 fee to rebook for no shows/no calls. You are considered a no show after 15 mins of your scheduled appointment. We missed you at your scheduled appointment today. Because this appointment was a no-call, no-show, a no-show fee will be required before any future appointments can be booked. To rebook, the no-show fee must be paid, and future appointments will require payment in full at the time of booking. This policy helps protect appointment availability and ensures fairness to all clients.
